While website content is very important, having the appropriate website structure is just as critical to making sure search engines are able to find the relevant information. Each website should provide two or more means for search engines to navigate the site and get to the text content. It is important to plan a clear and relevant linking structure so search engines (and users) can easily and quickly find the content.
The most common methods of navigation on a site is a button image or text link. An image-based navigation is useful as long as each graphic has a clear Alt Attribute. The main navigation for this website is both standard and effective (the blue bar above that says home, intent, newbies, and so on).
