Hello, my name is Christopher Nelson, and I'm the guy behind this website and the bestselling SEO guide, Search Engine Optimization: Do It Yourself. I'm an SEO expert with vast experience in the field. I've successfully optimized literally thousands of websites. I've made a highly successful career for myself out of search engine optimizing for large media and marketing companies and their clients.

I love everything about SEO. To maintain "expert status" within a subject that's constantly changing and requires planning, research and a bit of clever intellect is extremely exhilarating. Since working with large media companies, their clients, marketing businesses and their clients as a web designer and web developer, I decided to join a premiere web design, development, and marketing business. After a couple years as a Creative Director and SEO Manager, I decided that in order to really stay on top of the SEO field and make use of my knowledge, I had better share it and become a resource for others. So, apart from completing my clients' SEO projects, I started commenting and helping others in online SEO forums. Finally, someone suggested that I write down everything I knew in a book. Another person suggested that I use my knowledge to build a website meant to be an SEO resource for others. I thought, "why not both?".

And there you have it. I can continue to share all of my knowledge about SEO with you through this website and my guide, Search Engine Optimization: Do It Yourself. Of course, it turned out to be the right decision. The best part about all of this is the response I’ve been receiving from people like you.
